Best baby book tracker, Easy to use and protects child privacy
Edited 3/10/25: I have been thrilled with this app and purchased the full version. My suggestions on a previous version were included in the most recent update, which makes it even easier to use and shows the developer is active with support. I have looked at almost every book tracking app on the App Store and this is the best one for ease of use and privacy.
The barcode scanner is great and works perfectly. The interface is clean and easy to use. Most importantly to me, the app doesn’t track any personal data, which is always important to me when I’m entering information about my child and their activities. It does everything I want in a book tracking app and nothing I don’t (eg connecting to social media or pushing advertisements for other books).

Hi there, thanks for the detailed review. I’ve just released an update that addresses those shortcomings (quick log and the date issue). Please have a look and consider updating your review if the new version addresses your needs. Thank you
Easy to use, hoping for more updates
I have only used the free version but am interested in purchasing the full version if there are a few quality of life improvements. The barcode scanner is great and worked perfectly. I would like to see the app include a feature where I could click on a book from anywhere in the app, such as the recent section, and have an option to “log a reading” right there. As it is, I have to search for the book manually each time from the full library list everytime I want to enter a reading. That is only a few clicks, but it would add up, especially if the book is right there on the homepage under “recent activity.”
I also noticed the 5 year countdown for the 1000 books tracker (a great feature!) isn’t accurate on my home page - it says 5 years from now is Dec 1974.
If the logging feature was able to be accessed from the book profiles and the list of recent books include a drop down or hotlink to log a reading for that book, I would buy the full version.
