Very poor application
They charge you money for nothing , very basic application. There is no support you can’t add parents. After upgrading to family subscription nothing changed and I can’t refund my subscription fee.

Thank you for your feedback. Since payments are taken via In-App Purchases, this means refunds are handled through Apple. A help article on how to do this can be found here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/118223. As for adding parents, this can be done in the app by going to "Settings" -> "Manage Caregivers". If you need help with either of these, don't hesitate to reach out and we would be happy to assist you.
