Paid for it and it never worked

I paid for Pinkfong Plus. It never worked. I emailed the company for help. What they suggested didn’t work. I have have had all the apps included in Pinkfong Plus for several months and have never been able to use any of them.

Too many ads. All this app, and the other ones associated with it, care about is making money through excessive ads which makes it very difficult for kids to learn/play.

Too many ads!

This app is absolutely ridiculous for kids to play. Every min there is a new ad that pops up and you can’t close it out. I even pay for the suite so to have this many ads on it is not appropriate!

Way too many ads

I recently downloaded this for my granddaughter, who is three years old. She loves anything baby shark but for her to try to play this game without me sitting by her side and constantly hitting the X out button is no possible. She can’t play this on her own. Way too many ads, that will not close easily by clicking an X. Make this a better kids game.

Garbage!!!

I got charged $30 without a confirmation or even knowing the price. It doesn’t show the price anywhere. There’s a 1min advertisement after every 2 second puzzle! And my 2yr old baby was bored with the puzzles within a couple minutes. These puzzles are meant for 2 month olds. This is a ripoff to say the least.

유료 1개월 1만1천원짜리 결재를 했는데요.

분명 핑크퐁 플러스는 광고가 없다고 되어있는데요.

광고가 계속 나오고 두번씩 광고가 나오는건 왜 그런건가요?

게임 한판을 하면 광고가 계속나오는데 돈을 내고도 광고를 보여주는건 왜그런건가요???

진짜 궁굼해서 물어보는거에요.

9,900원을 결제하면 광고가 안나온다는데 그것도 못믿겠어서 결재를 못하겠습니다.

애들 하는 앱으로 이게 뭐하는건가 싶내요.

똑같은 답변을 달것 같지만 진~~~~~~~~~~~심 궁굼해서 물어보는 겁니다.

Ads pop up every activity and doesn’t close!

I don’t mind ads since we are using a free app BUT after each activity is a little excessive and it doesn’t let you exit the ad after it makes you view it twice. You usually have to restart the app to go back to the game just to be greeted by an ad after the first activity you play AGAIN. And when there is an “x” icon to leave it is so small you can’t even click it most of the time. I get you want us to watch an ad but at least let us out of it after we have watched it lol.
