Login & Subscriptions not working
Leaving a review since emails aren’t getting any response. App would not acknowledge my subscription and would not let me record, only view the past snaps. Finally tried reinstalling but now I can’t access my years of content at all. Only “Oops” errors with no functioning way to login.
To the developers, if you aren’t able to fix the app, would there at least be some way to get all those years of memories off the server? I’m getting the feeling that with the last build submitted over 4 yrs ago, that you all may not be planning to maintain the app moving forward.

Can't generate videos
Purchased a lifetime version in 2019. Now I can't generate videos to create movies out of snaps. And customer support never replies
Needs Bug Fixing for new iOS
now this app doesn’t work with the same issues as dailysnap— even if you purchase the subscription, whenever you hit the record button it brings you back to the purchase subscription pop up & doesn’t allow you to add more snaps

App is buggy
I’m stuck on a loop and now I can’t download the video from my baby’s first year or take any of the photos to close out the year. I’m so sad.

4 years ago i downloaded this app to watch myself grow as a person after the year ended i watched the movie and thought it was great went for my second year and these developers tried forcing me into their “yearly payment plan” and when i didn’t want to because it would be fine with ads since i only use it once a day for a second they didn’t allow me to watch my movie anymore 4 years later i came back to see if they had fixed the issue and now it’s gotten worse the second i opened it after downloading they wouldn’t even let me see my movie to see the good ole time

But the app doesn’t show photos from my iPhone Xs correctly. The app doesn’t find the photos from last January and December in my case. The screen shows ‘Camera rolls’ on the top and ‘No albums’ in the list though there are many photos actually on the day. I hope this bug can be solved soon.

it's incredible how you can share your memories with family and store it all in 1 place. can't wait to show to my baby when he grows up
Terrible product and service
This interface is really hard to use and isn’t intuitive at all. You only seem to be able to start taking snaps from the day you get the app. There is no option to access your own photos and videos to make a retrospective video. I have a 2 year old and 3 month old and wanted to start one from birth for each of them. There is no option to do this. I did email the support desk 3 times and haven’t heard back. They also charge you a full year upfront.
