My first baby and all of my ultrasounds were on here and one day they disappeared and I can’t get them back. Absolutely devastated, you should be ashamed of taking away memories from people. It’s been months with no answers

Photo Gallery GONE! All of a sudden all of my photos and video from my 3D ultrasound disappeared! All it pops up is “Something went wrong” and I can’t even access into my account anymore! It’s like I “never” created an account. This is a huge disappointment for the amount of money I paid for to get these 3D ultrasounds.

I’ve had this app for a while now and all of a sudden I can’t log into it and have lost all my ultrasound pictures of my first child and the video.
SICKENING
I am absolutely sick over the loss of all of my photos and videos. I cannot believe this company just decided to wipe everybody’s account without any explanation or warning. These are our children! These are memories we will never get back. I’ve reached out to support several times. They just ignore you. I wish I had the money to sue this negligent, heartless company.

They wiped my account
For a while my photos would be in my account and viewable but my ultrasound photos have now all disappeared and I can no longer access any of them. I am heartbroken. What a horrible service!!
Never works
I have had this app for months and paid for my ultrasounds to be uploaded here. It has not once let me log in and worked
Terrible customer support. All pics gone
the app was great to store my US and they have disappeared for months now. Their last update was over a month ago saying the pics would be back in 10 days but have not reached out since then. No response to emails. Messages on IG. Messages through their website. Nothing. Terrible customer service. Heartbroken I don’t have my US pictures.

Photos disappeared
All of a sudden my photos will not load it just says “image not available” and it has been like that for week. Do not trust this app to store your ultrasound photos. I hope ultrasound companies stop using this horrible app for their costumers. Hopefully my photos come back if they ever address this. PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE. Wish I could give this ZERO stars.

Absolutely horrible app. It didn’t even load. Didn’t let me create an account at all. The web browser isn’t even working either. Literally nothing is working so I can’t even see pictures or the video from my 3d ultrasound:)
Slow, rip off
The app was useful to store my US pics until they ALL suddenly will not load at all. It just shows “no picture available”. Customer service is non existent. Do NOT pay the 25$ for the AI feature- it doesn’t even load for me. I have tried using the apps on various internet connections as well. Nothing works. Now I don’t even have access to my US pics I’ve spent hundreds on.

Do not purchase anything on this app!
I purchased the flix 10k and it never worked, shortly after I got logged out of the app and can no longer log back in! They also do not refund any money you spend on this app😤
Don’t purchase the premium
The 10k version does not work my husband and I are very unhappy we’ve waited for weeks to upload in 10k and get the pictures more clearer we paid 30$ and nothing it keeps loading. We thought we could delete and download again but it doesn’t work.
Can’t even sign in
I got this app with the hopes of using my baby’s 3D ultrasound to generate life-like photos, but I couldn’t even sign up. Every time I would attempt it would just quit. Not worth the fuss.
Not working for 10k
The 10k AI feature that I just paid $25 for does nothing. It sits on the processing screen and never does anything. Reviews online say the same thing.

Made the mistake of paying for the $25 subscription, just for none of my pictures to work. doesn’t load anything.
Don’t bother
It’s a con doesn’t use your ultrasound image to base its image on
