Terrible UI and UX
I’m guessing people who rated this was just happy to have an app but this app is stressing me out.
The toggle buttons are confusing- don’t know when it’s on or off. The onboarding is weird. The image animations are choppy. The knowledge articles are too overwhelming to sift through.
The way to get help is to email them. I can’t edit my data- I have to go contact them via email.
The navigation buttons feel like they just threw them on to the page. They’re not at the spots where you expect them to be or where it should be for mobile.
I was really hoping this app would be better given that it has 4.8 reviews.

Confused
I’m going to try deleting and reinstalling I downloaded the app but when I try to use it instead of opening in the app it opens in the browser
BP monitoring
There’s no option to add my bp monitor. I went to the Q&A section which says the option should be under health but it only shows my weight. Idk if the app is just having problems.
Needs some updating
The fruit/vegetable updates are fun and helpful to imagine the baby growing and the weekly developmental milestones are interesting. There is a lot of helpful information the in links that work. Main frustrations are that the weekly updates don’t show up as they should (e.g could be 16 weeks and 3 days before getting the 16 week developments) and that a fair number of links are broken.

Yeah No!
First off, any app that has personal information in it and you can’t control your own data… that’s insane! My OB send this app and I personally don’t see why. On top of that I’m only 5weeks and 5days and the app says I’m 18 weeks!!! It will not let me change it. I have to contact their support in order to do that…… why? I don’t see where I plug in any other information concerning my pregnancy which you can in all pregnancy apps. I would like this deleted because it’s a waste of space on my phone at this point. I can get all the information that’s in that one from my other pregnancy app.

Incredibly glitchy with broken links everywhere
I’m honestly not sure how this app has the positive reviews that it does. Maybe it’s only gone so downhill recently. It is incredibly glitchy, it takes multiple days for the Day 1 information for whatever week I’m in to appear. On top of that, sometimes it just goes back in time. For example, I’m 27 weeks right now and the first tile I see is the congrats on being pregnant tile followed by all the initial information and then tiles from Week 26 Day 1. Yesterday, I had content for Week 27, today I don’t. This is not an isolated experience. A lot of the “Learn More” links are actually broken such that you can’t even click on it. Then, for ones where you can, a lot of linked content isn’t working (e.g., exercise videos that no longer exist). All in all, I’m not paying for it which helps, but I can’t believe that OBs and providers subscribe to this app run by a for-profit company with such terrible functionality and content that usually is stripped directly from an ACOG textbook.

The app won’t let me add the correct due date. It only allows specific dates. Poorly designed.
Can’t even login
Trying to login because my insurance told me to download this app for pregnancy benefits but won’t even load to let me login. Contacted support and they never answered

After using the app since 12 weeks and now at 33, it doesn’t allow me to login. I’ve reset my password but it doesn’t allow me to go past entering password 🥺
BP monitoring does not work
My provider had me use the app for BP Monitoring. However, there is no option to connect via bluetooth or even enter my BP manually. Such a waste!
Can’t even get in
My insurance told me about this app, I’ve been trying to get in but constantly getting the message Error verifying insurance. I have been emailing someone for over a week and still have yet solved the issue
Are you serious?
I guess if you’re about to be 40, the defaulted profile icon must have a gray streak in the hair and you must have chopped short hair because why would anyone near 40 have long hair? Seems like ones of those decisions where a woman wasn’t in the room when the app developer decided this is the cartoon icon that should represent mothers of this age. They also probably thought scented tampons was a good idea too.

Great App…. Giftcard Scam
Honestly it’s a great app and has been quite helpful to me, but i did a survey and was promised a giftcard reward after 30 days. It’s been well over 30 days, almost 40 now and I’m still yet to receive any gift card. If the intention is to deceive people into doing the surveys by putting up a fake reward then I’m really disappointed in Babyscripts and UHC.

Beware of fraudulent claims and gift cards!!!!
I did 3 different surveys providing information regarding my pregnancy and delivery with the promise of being paid with a gift card for my personal information. Was given Walmart gift cards only to find they did not work!!!!

Helpful app with significant functionality loss.
Since the app has gotten a massive update (about 9 weeks ago) no new or upcoming tasks have been showing up. I have contact the support team that said they were looking into it for the whole thing to go without an answer. Close to missing out tasks for an entire trimester.

Won't log me in
Since my first trimester, I was signed up for this app, and now in my third trimester, I still have not been able to gain access. Always says “Error or something went wrong.” It is exhausting! I uninstalled and reinstalled it countless times, and still nothing.
Technically Frustrating
This app seems like it could be very helpful and useful if it actually worked. It constantly closes out the app every time I try to complete a task. I’ve deleted the app and redownloaded it again to try self troubleshoot but it still happens. This does not happen with any other app I have. Other than that I do believe it could be a great informative comforting app.

Still won’t log me in
I’ve had the app for over a week. I’ve gotten at least 4 emails inbetween letting me know my provider invited me to use the app. On day one I followed all instructions to make an account. It’ll log me on for not even a full second and kick me out immediately everytime. I’ve closed all running applications, restarted my phone, checked for updates, and even uninstalled and reinstalled the app (twice). Same result every single time. So thank you for all the emails letting me know I have an app to use, that won’t allow me to actually use it.
