Useless
They make you download the app AND create an account to get the full manual with poor instructions. The “manual” was just links they could have provided without all this mess. Waste of time!!!
Not necessary
I agree that this app is totally unnecessary. The paperwork says you will receive an extended warranty from 12 months to 1.5 years if you download and register on the app. However, there was no indication whatsoever that this was done. I ended up registering on the regular website as well where you would think the password would be the same as the app, but was not. Not a very good setup and not user friendly.

This app is garbage
I should have followed the warnings from the other reviews but thought “how bad could a simple registration be?”. It is bad. The navigation covers the form fields midway through the state selection. The fields don’t auto populate with profile information saved on your phone. The worst is that there is no feedback on form submission. You don’t know if it was successful or if there were errors. I ended up just registering online. There is zero value with having this app.

Garbage
Don’t buy from this garbage company. Lazy devs, lazy product, cheap design, absolute bad experience. As voiced by others, the product registration doesn’t send a confirmation email. Will they let me know if there’s a recall? Hard to say, cause they can’t get bass stuff done correctly
Doesn’t work
Buggy, and when you finally get the “features” to work, like scanning a QR code to autofill the warranty information, nothing happens when you finally click “register.” I had to go to the website to register. What a waste of my time.
