AWFUL PRODUCT
The camera quality is terrible and the noise is even worse I can barely see my baby or his crib from how bad it is and on top of that it never loads and it only comes with one charger so you can’t use the monitor all night and you definitely can’t use your phone for this this whole system just needs to be recalled and not sold anymore such a waste of money will be going to momcozy now

The app is suck, my intermet is good but it says "connection failed" all the time.
I do not recommend using this product
I really was happy when I got this product but very disappointed on how it does not work and works when it wants to it’s very frustrating that it does not work and I have had this issue multiple times and I have talked to customer service about this before and that did not help one bit it says that I’m on some kind of time out or that it is offline I have deleted and reinstalled the app and tried it once again but still has not work I will be returning it and will not get anything from the company i do not recommend for any parents do get this product.

Let’s get it Fixed
This app looks promising and has a good layout. The camera and mic on the hardware is mediocre but does the job. Given the time this app has been out, I would think that they would fix some of the bugs, have customer support or at least a proper troubleshooting in the case of.
Has worked for two years now
The app isn’t perfect. I would like more options for types of notifications, and I’d like to be able to have different tones for the various notifications (like one tone for human movement, a different one for baby crying, etc.) But on the whole it does its job and picks up even relatively quiet sounds. No problems connecting, and it’s far from our router. We also have low speed. I’ve been happy with it for our needs.
