It goes offline every few minutes, and then I have to restart it again, and reconnect to the internet
App keeps freezing.
The app keeps freezing and I can’t log in. Then I have to delete the app and start all over. It happens at least once a month and it happened just now twice in a night. Really annoying when you’re not trying to look on the monitor and just your phone and can’t check on your baby.

Love this camera because you can see clear image of baby and can use the app with data to retrieve video if wifi goes out in home during outage

Failed to retrieve video so have to restart the app.
Also when zoom with finger to much it’s freeze the cam so nothing move anymore on the image. Only the sound can be heard
