It goes offline every few minutes, and then I have to restart it again, and reconnect to the internet
App keeps freezing.
The app keeps freezing and I can’t log in. Then I have to delete the app and start all over. It happens at least once a month and it happened just now twice in a night. Really annoying when you’re not trying to look on the monitor and just your phone and can’t check on your baby.

Love this camera because you can see clear image of baby and can use the app with data to retrieve video if wifi goes out in home during outage

Failed to retrieve video so have to restart the app.
Also when zoom with finger to much it’s freeze the cam so nothing move anymore on the image. Only the sound can be heard

Reset password
When I go to reset my password it doesn’t let me scroll down to submit after I get the verification code
Mediocre
So far this app has been mediocre at best. The white noise machine added and worked. Then I add the camera. It worked. Then suddenly the white noise machine won’t connect and Chinese symbols pop up on the screen. Removing it doesn’t work. Weak.
Stopped working on my iPhone.
Really annoying cannot connect to my iPhone! Saying some rubbish about WiFi! But nothing has change. It’s only been a month! My son has seizures and now I had to buy a different camera and monitor! Not from this brand.

Update: Suddenly unable to access my account stating 'This account has been restricted due to illegal operations', waiting for support to respond.
Rotating the screen on iPhone can sometimes cause the image to go half black and unresponsive requiring restarting the app. I have asked about adding the ability to view more than one camera at a time and have beeb told this should be added in next 2 months so fingers crossed. The image quality is very good though when compared with competing products and I love the flexibility to use the app or monitor (WiFi can be turned off from monitor if you wish)

Amélioration
Bonjour, l’application fonctionne correctement. Par contre plusieurs axe d’amélioration serait cool. Les notifications de détection de mouvement et de pleur fonctionne mal. Il serait bien qu’on puise traité les notifications en notification urgente pour que sa sonne. Sinon rien de plus

impossible de se connecter dans l’app car impossible de scroller sur validation, obliger de passer par code email de validation, qu’attendez vous pour corriger, testez vous votre app avant mise en ligne ?
des éléments de l interface restent en chinois marges le changement de langue, pour des produits plus chère que la concurrence, la parte software est totalement bâclé à ce jour 02/2026

J’adore ces caméras/app
Perfect but…
I like the app, is functional and easy to use. But personally I like an update for use from Apple Watch, normally is convenient and fast access from this device.
Amazing product
The only thing I’d change is to be able to change the WiFi without disconnecting and reconnecting the devices. Other than that, it’s great. Absolutely love it, new mom, and it helped me transition to sleeping in separate rooms.
