AWFUL PRODUCT
The camera quality is terrible and the noise is even worse I can barely see my baby or his crib from how bad it is and on top of that it never loads and it only comes with one charger so you can’t use the monitor all night and you definitely can’t use your phone for this this whole system just needs to be recalled and not sold anymore such a waste of money will be going to momcozy now

The app is suck, my intermet is good but it says "connection failed" all the time.

I really was happy when I got this product but very disappointed on how it does not work and works when it wants to it’s very frustrating that it does not work and I have had this issue multiple times and I have talked to customer service about this before and that did not help one bit it says that I’m on some kind of time out or that it is offline I have deleted and reinstalled the app and tried it once again but still has not work I will be returning it and will not get anything from the company i do not recommend for any parents do get this product.

Let’s get it Fixed
This app looks promising and has a good layout. The camera and mic on the hardware is mediocre but does the job. Given the time this app has been out, I would think that they would fix some of the bugs, have customer support or at least a proper troubleshooting in the case of.
Has worked for two years now
The app isn’t perfect. I would like more options for types of notifications, and I’d like to be able to have different tones for the various notifications (like one tone for human movement, a different one for baby crying, etc.) But on the whole it does its job and picks up even relatively quiet sounds. No problems connecting, and it’s far from our router. We also have low speed. I’ve been happy with it for our needs.

I know not very many ratings but dependable camera. The app takes a little bit to load but if you just reopen it works right away. Some static as well but hey my data’s not being leaked with a big company. I don’t need saved data. I just need real time
This app sucks
This is a terrible app. It loses connection constantly, glitches and doesn’t make sound. They just made fixes to the app and it is worse. I never had connection issues before this update. ALSO you can’t talk on your phone and watch your baby at the same time. I wish I looked to see this app rating before getting this baby monitor

iPad app does not work; support emails unanswered

Awful to set up. App is terrible to use. Only allows sync to 1 phone in the house. Total waste of money.
Does not work
Someone gifted us these baby cameras. The idea is great but this app won’t connect to the cameras. There is a “customer support” feature, and so I submitted a request for help explaining my problem multiple times, and I have yet to receive an answer. I would just invest in a different brand honestly.

Very glitchy
The app stopped working especially at night time when it’s needed the most. When I addressed this issue to the customer support they weren’t helpful at all. I tried to get a refund and it’s nearly impossible. Save your money and don’t purchase this camera.
Never connects
The camera hardware is ok, the app is horrible, no matter how good the internet connection is, when you try to connect to the camera to see the live feed, it just times out and you press “Refresh” and it just times out again and again, after many attempts it eventually connects for a few seconds then times out again, this is very frustrating if you’re trying to connect to the camera to see what’s happening. I don’t recommend this camera or app because of this issue. I regret buying it.

Great app when it works
App constantly seems to crash. We refresh / reboot and configure on a nightly basis this last fortnight for it to work.

The app is refusing to work for more than 1 minute I can’t contact customer support because it keeps shutting down I can’t adjust names or even create a profile before the app kicks me out

Always a failed and please contact customer services.. and now I have a message network not working when my WiFi is perfect
