Some of the video don’t work but still i love fireworks
Slow, missing videos, huge disappointment
So much potential here as a great sales tool. Looks like a beginner developer built it. Super slow. We waited forever just to be told there wasn’t a video. Such a waste of time.

This app is halfway decent
Not sure why this has bad reviews you use it maybe once a year it seems to work for about 80% of the fireworks that were available. (I scanned 10 and only 2 didn’t show up in the scan)

We bought the program
We bought the Backyard Preview program to use in our fireworks store. Performance of the program is very good, WHEN IT WORKS! I spent many hours trying to set it up. Then it kept slowing down and turning itself off. Then I found out there was a problem with the program and I had to go buy an Ethernet cable and leave it plugged into the router (One person with the company said leave it on the Ethernet for 30 minutes, one person with the company said leave it on Ethernet for two hours). The technician is very nice but very difficult to get in touch with. Be available and ready for his call because you can never talk to him when you call. The whole experience has been frustrating. We spent $200 for the product. MANY hours, phone calls, and tension later, I’m going to try once again to climb a ladder, reach the back of the TV to plug the USB cable in and then remember the sequence I have to plug all the cords in (sequence not right, nothing works) and say a little prayer that it works. If I can get it to work, I’m not turning it off again until after the 4th! What a gimmick...

Doesn’t work.
I tried downloading this for work.. i thought it may be easier than using the scanner we have.. but every single item I scan, it gets to 100% and won’t load. I’m 100% they’re items they have on their website, as we have the scanner, as I stated.
