I only had it for a little bit and it’s already messing up the l2 button is messing up and the control on the left side isn’t working anymore either. It’s not good that I only had it for a couple weeks and it’s doing this
Update the game library
Love the app and i have the subscription to have my games in one place but the game library doesnt update there games that i cant play with my gamepass unless i go to the website bc they either have it only remote play or playstation only in the app for example ghost recon breakpoint only for PlayStation remote play or mistfall hunter i have to remote play it only when is clearly on games
Pass etc if the app can be keep updated and also there games that doesnt appear there if this doesnt get fixed i see no point on using the paid subscription worth enough even tho is cheap also the sharing and voice chat feature are way off it doesnt work properly and voice have echo and seeing each other play doesnt work

Back bone is amazing
Hey there backbone I have loved my controller for a while and I only have one problem, on madden to pass to a player on my team it shows the xbox buttons instead of the PlayStation backbone buttons I have on my backbone can u please tell madden this or try to fix this, but anyways I still love it amd I love playing Fortnite on here and also can u please make it free to remote play for Xbox because it’s free on PlayStation, thank you

Warranty issue outside USA
I’m in Australia and I bought my backbone one directly on backbone.com. And it is faulty. Two months ago I submitted a warranty claim. It’s approved. But I was not provided a paid shipping label. I requested and got replied “waiting for their internal team to update”.
I waited for one month and no response. I decided to pay for the shipping myself. I followed the return instructions and provided them the Australian Post tracking number. The faulty controller was delivered a month ago. And they claimed their warehouse still hasn’t received it. Since then I received no response from Backbone despite I constantly asked for updates.

Best thing since sliced bread
I remember pre-ordering my backbone and have not looked back since so many of my favorite games, can be saved and became so much fun and easier to play. Streaming became more effortless as well.
Logged me out for no reason
Keeps logging me out of my Xbox account & it logged me out of the app
