Controller Didn’t Last 1 Year
They have a known issue with ribbon cables. To get a warranty replacement is an absolute pain in the neck. A junk product.
Don’t need the app
App is a complete waste and what are you even paying for??? You can use the controller weather you use the backbone app or not. On its own though the controller is awesome. The app sucks balls and is pointless

Its alright i mean the app is ok but the games just aren’t great at all and i feel like i could play them on mobile anyway without the actual backbone itself.

You can play any service you have a subscription to with this, and with an hdmi-usb c adapter it’s like playing a console on the tv

My backbone pro is solid, great button positions; with two additional buttons on bottom of controller.
Pretty un-useful app
I've had my Backbone controller for about a year, last week, three buttons stopped working on the left side. Trying to troubleshoot is impossible, using the factory reset didn't help at all, and what exactly does the calibration function do? All it does for me is verify that the L1, L2, and right on the direction pad + are inoperable. So yeah, I never used the app to launch games, because it's just extra steps. When I actually needed something, the app leaves you wanting. One star, not helpful, at all.

I just bought a standard controller I’m using a iPhone 15 plus and trying to connect my Xbox to the app and it’s saying “invalid response from partner.” Help what should I do?

After owning one for months i bought one for my child that one wont log into microsoft for xbox and support was no help and now mine wont log into microsoft after doing it for months

It’s glitching really bad and this notification pops up every 3 seconds and says I have to broadcast why playing and is rlly annoying!😡

Vaut mieux mettre des choses à acheter à l’intérieur de l’application car acheter la manette pour en plus de ça devoir payer un abonnement pour jouer c’est assez rédhibitoire vaut mieux se tourner vers la concurrence…
