Good if you like Bots and freezing
Game freezes a lot and doesn’t reconnect resulting in you losing your money. I’ve complained and they just say it’s happening on my end and they aren’t responsible. It’s funny too, that the freezing only seems to happen to me when I’m playing for more than the minimum amounts. I would say at least half of the time you are playing against Bots. My advice would be to turn and run.

Major money-costing glitch
I’ve played MANY matches with this app. The app and game play work just fine EXCEPT for a big glitch that I’ve come across that causes you to lose even when you shouldn’t have. Specifically, I’ve had games where the opponent’s game timer counted down to zero, which SHOULD cause the opponent to lose the match. But instead the program awards the win to the opponent... even though it was THEIR timer that ran out of time. I reported this to the game developer, along with screenshots to evidence what happened. I believe they will look into this and fix it. It needs to be fixed because real money is on the line in these games.

Terrible App - Huge Scam
This is an absolutely awful app! Constant issues with glitches and kicking u out of the game. Inevitably it will always happen after u double someone up with more money on the game. Do not waste ur money. Customer service acts like they are doing u a huge favor refunding any money. While it’s about the only game out there to play for real money, it is not worth it unless u want to lose ur money. Stay away!

Great if you like playing against robots with magic dices
Amazing how some opponents magically can hit the required numbers time and time again - I am recently OK with my statistics and while you sometimes have a good or bad run I wish I had that kind of luck!!!
New update - app simply steal your money balance decrease as if games are lost even when you reject doubles or cancel request for games when no opponents are found.
I got a nice but useless answer from a support person who I wish is looking for another job as he seem too nice to work for a scam company

SCAM ALERT!!
When you try to cash out you will receive automated emails. When you send your verification documents they send you a conformation email stating the funds have been transferred to your PayPal account. But it's a lie. Secondly, games are dropping more than half the time. When that happens you will lose your bet. Also, don't bother calling customer service in milpitas ca. The number doesn't exist. As a previously ranked #367 in the world backgammon player I expected a lot more from this game.
