Good if you like Bots and freezing
Game freezes a lot and doesn’t reconnect resulting in you losing your money. I’ve complained and they just say it’s happening on my end and they aren’t responsible. It’s funny too, that the freezing only seems to happen to me when I’m playing for more than the minimum amounts. I would say at least half of the time you are playing against Bots. My advice would be to turn and run.

Major money-costing glitch
I’ve played MANY matches with this app. The app and game play work just fine EXCEPT for a big glitch that I’ve come across that causes you to lose even when you shouldn’t have. Specifically, I’ve had games where the opponent’s game timer counted down to zero, which SHOULD cause the opponent to lose the match. But instead the program awards the win to the opponent... even though it was THEIR timer that ran out of time. I reported this to the game developer, along with screenshots to evidence what happened. I believe they will look into this and fix it. It needs to be fixed because real money is on the line in these games.

Terrible App - Huge Scam
This is an absolutely awful app! Constant issues with glitches and kicking u out of the game. Inevitably it will always happen after u double someone up with more money on the game. Do not waste ur money. Customer service acts like they are doing u a huge favor refunding any money. While it’s about the only game out there to play for real money, it is not worth it unless u want to lose ur money. Stay away!

Great if you like playing against robots with magic dices
Amazing how some opponents magically can hit the required numbers time and time again - I am recently OK with my statistics and while you sometimes have a good or bad run I wish I had that kind of luck!!!
New update - app simply steal your money balance decrease as if games are lost even when you reject doubles or cancel request for games when no opponents are found.
I got a nice but useless answer from a support person who I wish is looking for another job as he seem too nice to work for a scam company

SCAM ALERT!!
When you try to cash out you will receive automated emails. When you send your verification documents they send you a conformation email stating the funds have been transferred to your PayPal account. But it's a lie. Secondly, games are dropping more than half the time. When that happens you will lose your bet. Also, don't bother calling customer service in milpitas ca. The number doesn't exist. As a previously ranked #367 in the world backgammon player I expected a lot more from this game.

Total garbage app
Interface is awful who ever is giving this app 5 stars is crazy. Game play seems rigged opponent always catches exactly every time to beat you. App crashes constantly and support acts like there doing you a favor by refunding your money blaming your internet connection “Come on Man” please. It’s your lousy app that’s crashing. Spend a little bit of that money your rapping from your customers and upgrade everything. You have been deleted. Have a nice day.

This app #cheats people and has cheats that allow opponents to win without making moves. Customer support is non existent. I do not recommend this game.
Its a complete ripoff. Slow and methodical.
Its AI component even has cheats built in to improve the AI’s chances the more you raise the stakes. Im a good player and I still expect to lose numerous times on a chance game like this. But this app is rigged and should be banned. #applesupport

I sent a message on the support option and got undeliverable, just need some guidance. How do you switch the order of the dice when you would rather choose the 2nd dice first instead of the 1st? For example if your captured and 1 and 5 is open with option to capture them. I have not yet figured out how to choose which dice to pick and have had the chance to capture them with five but was forced to choose five out of my capture. Please help. I have not received any feedback and has cost me multiple games and my opponent probably laughed at my choice. Long story short, how do you switch your first and second move?

This game has stolen my money. So many glitches that it causes you to time out and steals your money. The last game I hit the double button and it shows the bar waiting for opponent to accept, then my play clock starts going down even though the double window says waiting for opponent. So instead of winning the game I was already far ahead, it makes me lose even though it would not allow me to move or do anything. I am using a brand new iPhone X and high speed WiFi, so no reason this should happen ( and happens every time I use this garbage app) I am starting to think there are no actual opponents and it just steals your money. Even with auto roll selected it will wait until all of your time bar is almost gone before it finally rolls and let’s u move, giving u just seconds or even using up the 60 second total delay before it makes u forfeit. STAY AWAY - I have played many BG apps and never had any problems like this. BE WARNED

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY
When I first downloaded this app I thought it was great. Even though the game froze and I lost my money I thought that if I reported the problem gamytech would review and credit me the funds. After playing for a couple weeks the game has froze over 5 or 6 times and I have lost money. I have emailed them several times and have never received a response from them. This is extremely poor service when you have real money on the line. it is not a connectivity issue so I should have been refunded , But to not even get a reply after numerous attempts to contact them is ridiculous. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY on this app.
