Same problems as other users

It worked… but it took 4 days to complete. And there were tons of time where it wasn’t doing anything at all.

Thank you for your feedback. I’ve identified the cause of the issue. A recent update introduced thumbnail generation to improve Gallery loading. However, for large photo libraries, generating and uploading thumbnails could take a significant amount of time, causing backups to take unusually long. The latest version includes a fix for this issue. Please update BackiGo to the latest version and give it another try. I’d appreciate it if you could let me know whether the issue has been resolved. If you still experience any problems, please email me directly at support@backigo.app. I’ll personally follow up to help resolve the issue. Thank you again for your feedback!

Not worth the time or price

I really wanted to like this app. Unfortunately, it is very slow and the beachball swirls anytime I try to make changes. The one time I got it to work, it took 4 days to backup my photo library. Where as parachute takes about an hour.

Better alternative to Parachute

I discovered this through discussions about Parachute’s acquisition, and I wish I’d known about BackiGo from the start.

I have a pCloud account, and the ability to auto-upload to my pCloud storage is huge for me. To top it off, I can encrypt my backups? I love this.
