Love love love this app
This app is awesome for keeping all of my kids pictures and videos safe and completely organized. I also have the Huply app for my pets, that’s how much I love the app. And yes, BackThen also created an app specifically to keep your pets pictures too!
Lack of storage
I am paying for extra storage but they still don’t have the extra storage capacity available and keeps saying extra storage is coming but they has done so for several months. No one replies to your questions or when the upgrade in storage is coming.

Great App, but…
The App has been great, but when you close your account they continue to charge you, so make sure you cancel your subscription on your side. Once account is closed you can’t get hold of them either! It’s a shame to end this way given the years I’ve been with them :(
