Bad planning
Do not change to another app in your phone otherwise you will lose anything you have in the app. Switched app to het my CC number and lost my order. Had to start again and lost all again when switching the app.
New app was a bad idea
Guessing they didn’t spend much on user testing with the new app. What used to take 3 minutes to order, just took 10. Half the items we were trying to order wouldn’t open and just kept erroring. If we’d had any more to order, probably would’ve just switched to Chili’s.
Bug
Everytime I try to create an account it refuses and tells me to enter a valid first name no matter what I try

Love Bad Daddy’s, Hate App!
App seems user friendly but for some reason it doesn’t simply list your saved modifications. I always have to go back & forth to make sure everything is correct but it’s still not reflected on my order summary so I don’t even know if I’m paying for what I want….I just want to treat myself to a delicious burger after work but I want to order & pick up quickly. I cannot have all of this with Bad Daddy’s and that makes me sad. More often than not I end up going elsewhere because it’s too much of a hassle. Keeping my fingers crossed today while I wait another 15min for my order that may or may not be what I wanted after spending over 15min getting increasingly annoyed with the app…..again.

App doesn’t allow signup. Fill out the form, and the Create Account button does nothing.
Doesn’t work
Sits on a spinning screen for a minute or so and then goes to a plain white screen
