This was an excellent tour of the Badlands. We will definitely buy more tours in the future!
Totally misinformed
We had two self-paced driving tours - the Badlands and Mt Rushmore.
Badlands was great - well done and useful.
Mt Rushmore turns out to be a walking tour which doesn’t work for seniors in 99 degree heat on July 11, 2024. We also had bad air conditioning quality today due to Canadian forest fires.
I contacted customer service - they were unable to tell me how I could know it was a walking tour before I purchased it. They (assuming it was a real person and not AI) referred me to FAQ then cut me off after I repeated the question.
So one good tour and one hard fail = 1 star review. I don’t like giving bad reviews - they earned it.
Spend your money some where else.

You guys have become my “Go To” whenever I visit a National Park! I always look to see if you have a tour and as always this tour also did not disappoint!
