App will not connect
App continues to search for the spec connection when it is connected. Very frustrating!
It’s OK, seems built by those who don’t use the products it’s designed for.
I have the turbo pro and it is connected to port one, as designed. Port two is four lights or accessory‘s, and it allows for scheduling which I would like to have on for port one. In the very description of this app it goes into detail about the importance of the circulation of the pool. Yet you don’t allow for the scheduling of port one? I would like to have this kick on for a period of time at night when my filtration is running peak capacity so that when I swim in the morning any loose particulate would have been filtered prior to me using my swim jet. My next complaint seems like an easy and quick fix, hopefully you can hit the edit button and modify this when you read it. You logged me out of my account like it’s a banking app. If I turn the pump on with my phone I have to log back in before the end of one session? Why is the security of my pump that important? I can see maybe a month, possibly a week. But I have to log back in multiple times a day and that seems pretty ridiculous. Lastly it does not connect to my ISP provided router. It’s a combo unit that may be the issue, so it does 2.4 and 5.0 and some kind of combined frequency. I have over 100 smart devices at my house and don’t have an issue with anything else connecting. I have to use a hotspot for connectivity until I can plug-in a separate router for the dedicated 2.4 signal just for my swim jet connectivity

Nice to have feature. App a bit rough
I had connection issues initially. Here are my suggestions to bump the app up:
1. Remind users to hold the reset button on the side of the spec controller for 15 seconds if the controller is not flashing the little o
2. The default ports 1 and 2 cannot be edited or removed. My pump is port 3 for some reason so those default ports are in the way.
3. Why does the app not show swimmer usage history
4. I imagine most users only have one system. I would expand the app to show error codes , health and status, maintenance needs, etc to make the app more useful to the homeowner.

Response from developer
Thank you for your review and valuable suggestions. We are constantly working on improving our products and will take into consideration your feedback. The controller you have is typically packaged with our swimjet systems, and the pump for it should have been connected to port 1, we recommend consulting with your installer to correct it if it was not connected to port 1. Please feel free to contact us if you require any additional support. Thank you for being our customer.
