Unable to get started

I am unable to get connected to my setup remotely. An integrator is at my
New house getting my cameras ready for me to check on my home before I am able to arrive, but it looks as if the system is unable to let me in without being on the local network. Remote supervision was the whole point of getting this hardware setup.
