Nothing connects, no support
Nothing connects like it should. Can get WiFi to the units but not to anything else. Zero support to help figure it out unless you want to pay to talk to someone.
Hate things that don’t come with all that you need
Total BS do not buy. Does not come with everything you need to set up.

You should probably try and log me out of my application more often it’s not enough yet
Buggy on iOS
This application works better on Android devices. It logs me out several times depending on what buttons are pushed, runs a lot slower, and will also lock up completely if you use the backspace key on a ticket response.
