Can you undo whatever you did in the last update. Every time I need to use the app now, I need to log in. Super annoying with the verification code and no 1Password compatibility. I have to copy the 2FA code from 1Password manually.

Nothing connects, no support
Nothing connects like it should. Can get WiFi to the units but not to anything else. Zero support to help figure it out unless you want to pay to talk to someone.
Hate things that don’t come with all that you need
Total BS do not buy. Does not come with everything you need to set up.

Buggy on iOS
This application works better on Android devices. It logs me out several times depending on what buttons are pushed, runs a lot slower, and will also lock up completely if you use the backspace key on a ticket response.
NEVER BUY UBIQUITY PRODUCTS
The app sometimes works, there is NO support and even trying to get support is horrible. You can’t locate where to go to find support. Set up on the Nanobeam is crazy difficult! All in all Ubiquity is terrible. I’d give this company 0 stars if I could. And you have to be an IT expert. This is not for non tech persons. I’m pretty good in figuring tech stuff out. But this company has created products that the average tech enthusiast needs to stay away from. And, I can’t find anybody in NJ that services these devices, let alone know what to do with them!

I can’t remove old Uisp logins. They just keep reappearing after a few seconds. These are site I no longer have access to because we have handed over to the customer.

The application kind of does what it needs to - almost . let me elaborate, when it goes right it goes right but when there are errors the diagnostics / error reports tell the user practically nothing . Improve this and it’s a much better app.

In the past the app ran smooth but over the years as updates come out the app force closes and also logs out of the controller.
