Horrible order pickup system
Not sure what system they use for their order pickups. I ordered 30 minutes ahead and when i got there at the estimated time that it would be ready, I still had to wait 15 more minutes (Place was not busy). Great bagels and food but horrible system/app. Highly recommend ordering in person. Seems to be much faster than ordering online.

Great midtown Bagels place
Great bagels lots good spreads lots good bagel sandwiches. Lot of great choice over all. Glad it’s close to Grand Central Station. Order ahead with the app and you are ready to go!
