DO NOT ORDER AHEAD ON THE APP
Downloaded the app so I could order ahead. Since I arrived, I watched about 30 people order at the counter and receive their orders. The app for some reason schedules your order to be made a half hour placing it even if you order it to be made asap. Terrible system. Totally negates the point of ordering ahead. I got two bagels with cream cheese by the way so it’s not like it’s a large complex order.

Can't input promo codes
App is great, only thing that doesn't work for me is putting in promo codes -- my keyboard covers the input field and I can't hit the submit button.
Missing selection options
Franklin Location app does not offer options to select egg everything and regular cream cheese (standard) options for Fresh Lox #1 Please Fix. Will not use app until fixed.
Better to order in store
Not once has my order been correct from this app.
Also the quality of sandwich is lower when you order on the app and the timing isn’t correct.

They make incredible bagels and thus app is awesome

Garbage app, great bagel shop
The app failed on first launch when I got to enabling location services option with a ‘Code: 403’ error. This error cannot be dismissed or bypassed. Full reinstall just started with the error as soon as I launched it. Uninstalled app, and had to order breakfast elsewhere. To the shop, maybe Seamless? Your bagels are great, but if tour app isn’t working, I can’t order from you.

Doesn’t confirm you order. Doesn’t give you a pick-up time or delivery estimate. Useless.
Doesn’t tell you when your order is ready
If you’re picking up it doesn’t alert you when the order is ready, so it could be sitting there a while.
Chow Now is a no go
Any problems and they push you to the app who are impossible to deal with. The timing isn’t accurate and it just creates problems. Save yourself the frustration and the headache and just call directly.
Helpful but missing options
Useless for coffee if you want alternative milks.
