This company scams, they ignore emails on purpose after device stops working and the damn vacuum won’t connect to the app absolute rubbish
Doesn’t link with Google
I can’t get it to connect with Google home. Google home doesn’t recognise Baggote
App needs updating. Device needs firmware
It would be great if I could integrate to google home. The button is there but when you click it, nothing happens. It just brings up instructions on how to do it. Which are not helpful at all.

Garbage app!! Does not connect to the robot no matter what method or way I try to connect.

Unable to use
I can’t use my robot vacuum because my router is 5Ghz, not 2.4Ghz. I don’t have access to the router, so I can’t change it. The app won’t connect. I am very frustrated.
Floor robot
Outstanding cleaning tool this little robot does it all it cleans great and it also does one heck of a job mopping with the mopping attachment I like it so much I bought another now I have one for the kitchen and one for the rest of the house
Map facility basically useless
Bought a Bagotte vacuum having previously owned an iRobot. Disappointed with the app which lacks the ability to remember rooms or for the robot to resume cleaning from where it left off to charge. The actual map representation is basically useless as I am unable to distinguish even the shape of the room, let alone where the robot has/has not vacuumed. Very disappointed.

Won’t connect to Google Home
Unfortunately the app will not allow any connection to Google Home, the instructions in the app make no sense either, they ask us to open Google Home and add new device, then search for ‘googe’?!?! It’s like a place holder made by the designers but never followed up on. It’s a great little product, but the link they advertise doesn’t actually work.

Map feature broken
I have no idea what is going on with the map feature. It has never worked. It certain doesn’t map where has been vacuumed
Does NOT work for bg800
I got this vacuum so I could operate from my phone. But this app doesn’t work with the model vacuum I have. Or at least it won’t connect to the wifi. I have tried everything. It’s frustrating. Also there is sometimes ads when opening the app. Which is ridiculous
Want clean floors? You have to watch an ad every time.
The new update added ads you have to watch before you can tell your robots to do anything. I will NEVER BUY ANOTHER ROBOT OF THIS BRAND just because of this. I really liked these too, but I will NOT tolerate this. I’m considering giving my four robots to friends and buying another brand just because of this update.

Great gadget
Works well, integrates to Alexa. Very rarely it seems not to find its way but once you reset it continues perfectly.
Good app but few suggestions for developers

This is a good app and easy to use but could you add a few scripts.
1 Phone notification when finished or docking.
2 add new button for Auto&edge then home
3 add mapping screen to edge clean - so you can see when and where.
4 phone notification for 100% charged and less then 10% battery remaining.
5 allow a self mapping or memory tool for example I have two rooms on different levels with a high gap so have to pick up and actually move it so it would be nice for the app to remember it’s rooms/ places so I can use it in rooms.

The App doesn't connect with Google.
I hope this is being repaired. Currently the app isn't great but you can't connect it to Google either so you're stuck using the app.
