Need update
More Map Bugs
Downloaded the latest app and mapping no longer works. Have a Horniture Q6 Pro vacuum and using iPhone. Mapping has always been problematic but now it doesn’t work at all. Too bad because the app used to be great but every update seemed to introduce map bugs.
Stopped working. Poor customer service.
The device stopped working. It just spins in a circle and never finds the docking station. When I contacted customer service they replied once and then ghosted me. I’ve emailed several times. Still nothing.
Unsafe app
It tries to connect to your WiFi and says it is unsafe, and tells you to “ignore” the fact that it is unsafe. No way am I allowing this. Other devices in my home can connect to my phone and do not warn me they are “unsafe”. Totally ridiculous. This app is a scam. Do not download!
Good Vac, Buggy App
Love the V8 Pro, but this app is a less user friendly version of Roborock, and with bugs. Cannot split rooms at all. Customer support just stops communicating.
