Need update
More Map Bugs
Downloaded the latest app and mapping no longer works. Have a Horniture Q6 Pro vacuum and using iPhone. Mapping has always been problematic but now it doesn’t work at all. Too bad because the app used to be great but every update seemed to introduce map bugs.
Stopped working. Poor customer service.
The device stopped working. It just spins in a circle and never finds the docking station. When I contacted customer service they replied once and then ghosted me. I’ve emailed several times. Still nothing.
Unsafe app
It tries to connect to your WiFi and says it is unsafe, and tells you to “ignore” the fact that it is unsafe. No way am I allowing this. Other devices in my home can connect to my phone and do not warn me they are “unsafe”. Totally ridiculous. This app is a scam. Do not download!
Good Vac, Buggy App
Love the V8 Pro, but this app is a less user friendly version of Roborock, and with bugs. Cannot split rooms at all. Customer support just stops communicating.

3 years now it has worked great. There are spotty bugs with mapping after updates. I have it where it works great and I just don’t update the software.
But yeah it’s great at vacuuming.
I’m running version 2.6. 65
I won’t update past this till they release a good fix to all the issues.
Also once this one dies I cannot purchase another one of these brands. I don’t need the headaches.

I love the product.
HATE the nonexistent support.
No reply to email.
No reply to questions. Had to try over and over again to learn. Finally figured out some stuff. NOBODY EVER REPLIES. Keeping product but if you need support, go somewhere else, thanks

Great Robot Vacuum

The login needs a full email otherwise the button is disabled. The iPhone can shorten, leading to frustration.
Robot ignoring zones is a sign that the zone was just a mopping zone. Redo with mopping and vacuuming exclusion zone (red) instead.

Really bad product it’s not working
App needs updating
The app for the robot vacuum needs changes to it, otherwise the robot and everything else is fine.
First of all the map needs change. It needs to be more clear where the robot is on the map. Instead of a little purple dot, maybe use an icon like roborock does for their vacuum.
Second, the app needs to be able to go full screen on iPad. And third, maybe a different voice and different noises for the robot.

Don’t Buy
Things started out fine — great, actually. But after just three runs, the map got completely scattered and made the device practically inoperable. I have to retrain the map every few weeks, which sometimes gets in the way of when I want to clean. Now out of the return window, I’m stuck with a brick of e-waste.
Additionally — most of these 5 star reviews are paid for and done immediately after getting the device. The shady manufacturers bribe people into 5 star reviews by offering gift cards in exchange.

Can’t use it as I don’t have wifi
I just can’t use this app at all because I don’t have a wifi at my house. And this app requires wifi for connecting the vacuum cleaner to it.
Literally the worst product I’ve ever purchased
Stopped working a few months into owning it. Tried to reach the company for help ZERO response. Followed all the FAQ’s got it to start but it does not move.. It is now upside down in my driveway bc I cannot turn it off and am afraid it will start a FIRE in my home!
Bug
At some point go to charge smartphone button stopped working and is inactive even after reinstallyng the app. Now I cant send it back to charging point remotely. So, app is not fully functional anymore. Please correct the bug. It also always shiws medium level on water tank hovewer its empty. Tried to connect to google home, but it always shows device as offline.

Can’t even log in now
Absolute garbage app. The login button is disabled no matter what I do. Don’t buy this product as the manufacturer doesn’t care enough to even do minimal testing of its app.
Lack of instructions
I have an airzeen J10 cleaner and I can’t see from its manual, nor the app, how to do much more than set-up and start/stop. I’d like to know how to delete or save maps. Can I store
more than one map? Can I clear cache without deleting the device…

Multi map problems

Latest update buggy
Since the latest update my vacuum hasn’t been acting right. It was great, but now it’s just spinning in circles unable to maneuver around the room like it did before. Has issues detecting mapped rooms for pin and go and the scheduled room cleanings. Also keeps claiming wheels are raised when it’s on flat surfaces, cleaning bin has been clean and there’s no clogs in the brushes. The power/speed of the vacuum also seems to have diminished vs when I got it a few months ago.
