Good luck connecting it to your phone and wifi. Nightmare
The settings
I change the settings and I go look a few days later and it’s back to default. It has to self clean every 10mins or the floor is streaky. I wish is would save my settings permanently.
M5 max robot. No vac then mop mode, no 2 passes without using custom mode. No matrix grid cleaning

Please don’t waste your money!! Don’t buy this brand/product! We made the mistake of buying the more expensive higher tier (M5) and it’s utterly useless!
Must need app to operate the vacuum and the app is completely useless and doesn’t save functions or settings after editing and saving them, soon as you click/press clean it restores to the default settings and does its own thing.
It’s gets lost, “stuck” in open spaces, gets confused and spins around continuously on (thin) rugs, we actually bought a thin rug and stuck it to the floor, moved furniture around (to assist, even though there was decent clearances) still has same issues!
I repeat… DO NOT BUY!! Doesn’t deserve one star.. negative stars should be optional for this poor acceptance of an app/product!

App is trash
I love the actual robo vacuum but jfc, that app is a royal pain. Imagine if every once in a while you'd have to reconfigure every wifi device on your phone because it gets reset somehow??? I mean, this is the only product that does that and after several updates they haven't been able to fix it
