Promise that fails to deliver

The M1 presents itself as a good introductory robot vacuum BUT it’s far from it the APP IS A NIGHTMARE, we her it’s IPhone or android it behaves the same doesn’t connect AND IF you’re lucky to get it connected once in the app the software itself is horrible the main persistent issue is the app says battery is ZERO/Low so you can’t use any of the feature… but on and off and manual cleaning work fine and battery is fine…. Spend the extra 50$ get something else don’t make same mistake

Do Not Buy

I have posted many review and updates on this, it used to be ok (2.5 stars) now it’s a 1. It just keeps getting worse.

I couldn’t tell you how many times it has ignored the map and done whatever it wants but even more times it has disconnected from the internet. And when it does that you can’t just reconnect it, no. You have to reset it up and remap the entire house!!!

In the bin. The amount of time I spend fixing it, it will SAVE me money to buy a new one from a different brand.

Could you please take a video of the sweeper's cleaning performance and provide the device information (App > More Settings > One-Click Copy)? Gotten worse

Unfortunately my vacuum now creates new maps on its own, it also starting removing no go zones. I guess the Chinese are interested in what I keep tucked in the corners of my home.

In accordance with our privacy policy, we will never access your personal belongings. The device only uses ranging technology to create cleaning maps.

Au début tout va bien, mais avec le temps c’est une horreur j’ai le M3L la carte se dédouble sans aucune raison tous les quatre matins ce qui lui fait perdre la tête le robot se déconnecte tout seul, il faut le reconnecter manuellement tous les jours sans parler du fait qu’il tombe et se coince tout le temps de partout très déçu je l’avais acheté avec beaucoup d’espoir

Stopped working since the app update

Completely stopped working since the update. Doesn’t map anymore, it just spin around and doesn’t clean. You can only manually control it so what’s the point? 🍋

Was okay when it worked

I’ve had the app and vacuum for about a year, not the worst but I have had better
But as of the last update (I think) the app and vac no longer connect and not matter what I do they will not work.
My WiFi hasn’t changed but the smart life connection will not appear.

Waste of money

Hoover works ok when connected, but loses connectivity multiple times per week, then loses saved schedules, previous maps and no-go zones. Fit for the trash. Avoid.

No mop only mode after apps updated

I loved that I can switch between vacuum or mop only mode now they don’t have mop only mode which takes too much battery to do mop AND vacuum AT THE SAME TIME. And keep getting stuck doorway which it never used to. Please bring the mop only mode back !!!!!

These vacuums are just a base model

Honest review after two years they’re constantly getting stuck. There is no way for you to set up a do not enter zone. It rolls off the stairs daily and seems to not be picking up as much even with the constant cleaning of the machine every couple days. But for the price, it’s a nice little helper.

Bought my first Lefant robot vacuum. App is really good, straight forward to connect. All good so far. Thank you

Keeps loosing the map

Developers, get it together. Map has disappeared three times now.

After creating zone maps, the map will no longer be lost in future cleanings. If you still have questions, please copy the robot device information and send it to support.us@lefant.com. Belle version

Fonctionne bien. Meilleur contrôle du robot. Il faut faire attention que le téléphone et le robot soit tous deux sur le réseau 2.4g - sinon, la connection sera impossible. J’ai eu de la difficulté à connecter le robot à cause de ce détail.

Works better than previous version

I like this version. Be careful when you connect though. Both the robot AND your phone must be on the same 2,4g wifi. otherwise, the robot won't connect.

Gros bugs depuis la dernière mise à jour

Le robot n’arrive plus à se ranger correctement dans sa base et a planté deux fois, il a fait 5m et il est parti se sécher alors que je lui ai demandé un nettoyage complet de ma pièce principale. Catastrophe depuis la dernière mise à jour.

Avoid

This app is extremely frustrating to use. I’ve tried multiple times to connect my robot vacuum following all the instructions, but it simply won’t pair. I’m on the correct Wi-Fi, reset the device, and still no success.

The interface isn’t intuitive, and when something goes wrong, there’s no clear guidance on how to fix it. Without a working connection, key features like mapping are completely unusable.

Overall, the app feels unreliable and poorly designed. The vacuum itself sucks too.

Impossible de se connecter au wifi depuis le changement de version

Tout est dans le titre. C’était pourtant bien jusque là. Le wifi n’a pas changé ni le mot de pass. Mais bien l’application qui fait tt bugger.

Completely incompatible with my lefant . give me back the previous orange version. it was working fine until you messed it up.

Bug sur la dernière version

L’application est facile à utiliser mais la dernière version buggue. Impossible d’aller dans l’écran de suivi du nettoyage et de charger la map : l’application se ferme. Il est donc impossible de programmer un nettoyage et de modifier les paramètres. Elle est inutilisable en l’état.
