Worst UI for accessing Fitpass within the app

It is not easy to access gym pass of Fitpass, if you buy within the app. You need to go to purchases, check for purchase then access from there. Top screen of Fitpass is always hidden under the carefit banner, so you can’t access the edit, search and back buttons of the Fitpass.
Moreover, when you book a workout, and you open the camera for scanning QR, it just shows a blank white screen and doesn’t scan at all. Had to uninstall and reinstall the app about 3-4 times to access that once. Standing outside the gym just doing this for about half an hour. Worst experience ever. And no support available on such an issue from either. Fitpass customer service directs you to Bajaj Customer Service and they are unresponsive.

Payment deducted, but policy not renewed

Very disappointing experience. The payment for my car insurance renewal was deducted from my account almost 1 week ago, but my policy has still not been renewed. I have not received the updated policy document or any proper status update from customer support. Despite following up, there has been no clear resolution. Payment-related issues should be handled much faster, especially when insurance coverage is involved. Very poor customer support and service experience.
