Incredibly frustrating experience – Bugs make it unusable
1 Session Timeout Bug: The app constantly logs me out. Even if I just logged in 5 minutes ago, it forces me to do a fresh login almost every single time I open it to check a detail.
2 Data Fetching Failure: When I click on my policy to view member details, it completely fails to fetch the information. The only workaround that works is force-closing and reopening the app 5 to 6 times, which is ridiculous.
An insurance app needs to be reliable and accessible in crucial moments. Right now, this is one of the worst app experiences I’ve had. I hope the developers release an update to fix these data retrieval and login stability issues soon.

Waste App
For a company of this scale, the app feels completely outdated. This isn’t a modern smartphone experience. It feels like something built decades ago and never meaningfully upgraded.
The biggest issue is basic usability. Even after logging in, the app forces you to manually add your policy by entering details like policy number and exact premium amount, including decimal values. If there’s even a minor mismatch in the amount, the app simply fails to recognize the policy. That’s not just inconvenient, it’s poor design.
A user should not have to struggle with precision inputs just to access something they already own. There are far simpler and smarter ways to validate policies.
The interface itself is clunky, unintuitive, and far from user-friendly. Navigation is not smooth, and nothing about the experience feels optimized for a modern app.
Given the resources this company has, this level of product quality is disappointing. The current rating reflects that, and unless there’s a serious rethink of user experience and functionality, it’s hard to see this improving.
Right now, this app feels more like a legacy system forced onto a smartphone rather than a product built for users.

Unfit for production. Low build quality and extremely regression heavy.
The form section is even worse. You receive incorrect outputs despite entering valid and accurate information. The e-KYC feature is completely broken—no matter how many times you try to verify, it simply does not work. I was forced to complete e-KYC via the web application, but that is also buggy.
Some features work in the mobile app but not on the web, while others work on the web but not in the app. In the end, both platforms are unreliable and poorly tested.
I genuinely do not understand how this app was approved for public release. It feels unfinished and unfit for real users.
