Things I Noticed

My Honest Thoughts

My premium was due while I was at work, completely forgot about it. The reminder popped up at the right time and I paid before it became a whole thing.

I had to download my policy document while travelling and honestly thought I'd have to call support. Found it in the app in a couple of taps and sent it straight to my email.

Biometric login not working anymore

Why you guys cant even manage a single app. After recent update I can't even login into my app through biometric login even if its enabled within the app. Every time I have to use mobile number and OTP to login. Also what changes you have made, I now cant even update my profile inside the app. Just premium payment is working because its important for you. You have no care for user interface or experience.
