Bad experience

Initially executive said blood and urine test will be conducted,
For a week doctor was not available for a video call.
After money deduction from my account as 1st premium, i asked questions how you sure if am having health issue or not without taking blood samples.
Company can rejected claim with several medical reasons.
I was not satisfied with the customer service and said cancel my insurance.
Keep getting the calls from the company but they are not canceling neither refunding.

Options are hidden, so that nobody can use

When you click on the care plus, it is asking to go to the different page, but you cannot select that option to go to the different page as the selection is out of screen.

Very useful app

The app feels well organised and not crowded with too many options at once. Checked my policy summary recently and also made a premium payment without any hiccups. Fund performance is shown clearly, which helps in getting a quick update. It’s practical and works well for occasional use.

Good App

Clean design and easy to navigate. The main screen shows the key details right away, so there’s no hunting around. Paid a premium recently and also checked my fund value, both were straightforward. Feels polished and reliable for handling policy tasks quickly.

Fast, simple & hassle-free

I was traveling when I remembered I needed to check something about my policy. Opened the app expecting it to take time, but it was pretty quick. Found the details I needed, checked my fund value and that was it.

Good experience

Opened the app recently for a small policy change and was done in a few minutes. I liked that the steps were clear and I didn’t have to switch between screens or wait on calls. Everything I needed was available right there. For occasional servicing tasks this app makes things pretty easy.

Bad experience

Very bad experience with this new app im not able to even login whenever i m trying to loged in these app says to register and when im trying to register they are saying sorry im unable to register try another time and this is happening form last 6-7 months old app is much better then this atleast i can loging and check my policy whenever i need

Unable to register

I was a user of the Life Assist app. I was directed to install the new Bajaj Life insurance app, but when I try to register myself using my policy details, I received the OTP but upon inputting the OTP got the error to try again after sometime. I have tried several times without success.

Login Issue

When I am trying to login it says user not register and when I am registering it shows user already exists. Not able to login also get block for multiple tries
