Can’t add card to Apple wallet
Every time I try to add my plus card to Apple wallet, I get an error message saying “we are having technical difficulties right now, please try again later”. The app has been having “technical difficulties” for three months now. It’s getting old.

Clearly there was no UI/UX assessment for this app. It fails in its core functions. The app is too busy and crammed with icons to find the standards for a grocery app: ad, coupons, and cart.
If you can find the search button to shop, results are irrelevant. Example: I searched for carrots. The first item returned was basil. 🤦♂️
Beyond that, the provided buttons in the app just don’t work. There’s an option to rate your order from the order history. Clicking it does absolutely nothing.

Why?
It appears, that you gear up for pu or delivery. The in store buy it myself, don’t need a personal shopper to pick out my purchase is third place. We save you money driving to the store shop go home and enjoy the trip. Can not wrap my brain around being a third class shopper! We do all the work and THEN have to put up with jumping thru hoops to even make a list! From your add. Blessings Jerry F.

Useless Shopping List with New Update
Please bring back item images, aisle numbers, and sort by department options on the shopping list. From an accessibility standpoint, these are essential features that were removed.

Where are Fuel Points?
I used the fuel points part of the app frequently, but I can’t find it in this new version
Can’t shop while in list
Previous to this latest update, you could search and add items to the list from within it. Now you have to first add items to the list, then go into the list to adjust counts. So much more clunky and inconvenient this way. Bring back the ability to search for items while in the list
Every couple of months I cannot log in. It says access denied. Then finally one day I can log in.

Bakers is one of my go-to stores. Absolutely HATE the new updated app!!! Too difficult to research. Too small images. Change isn’t necessarily better. This change is awful.
Updates make app unusable
A grocery store app’s main purpose is to deliver the ad and coupons. Both are now incredibly hard to find. They shrunk the icons and added so much clutter. I don’t shop at the main competitor in my area because of how terrible their app makes clipping digital coupons. Why would Baker’s copy that experience?
Added to that, the search results are now useless returning products that aren’t even close to what I want. The new app makes it much harder to place a pickup order. Obviously no UX testing.

Whatever you Did didn’t Work
The app glitches, restarted it and can’t search anything. My time is valuable too.
The app is now SO much worse
You know how grocery stores, yes - including Bakers, periodically completely rearrange the items on their shelves with the stated intent of making items “…easier to find”, but they manage only to COMPLETELY CONFUSE all of their customers for a month, or so, until the customers are able to RE-find all of their normal shopping items? Well, that’s what they did with the recent update with their app. It possesses nothing truly New and Improved in it, but it sure confuses all of its normal users for a long time until either: Baker’s incrementally puts it back the way it was, its customers eventually get used to all of the useless changes, or they simply give up and stop using it. Sometimes sweeping changes aren’t New and Improved.

Login hasn’t worked in months!
Able to access my Bakers account on a PC but haven’t been able to log in on the app for months. Have tried everything, deleting & reinstalling app, resetting password, calling customer support. Nothing has worked & haven’t shopped there much because of it.

This app was great and now it never works….. nothing loads. Or you can’t check out. Can’t see past pickups. Can’t view receipt. It’s been months now.. bakers, fix the app please
Digital Coupons
Elderly people don’t know how to use a phone computer or app. a lot of elderly people don’t even have a cell phone. There for digital coupons are great for the young people and screw the elderly that need them the most.
Update
I am not going out and spending hundreds of dollars to buy new phone so I can update your app to read your ad. Go back and fix it.
Terrible!!!
The on my way to pick up my groceries and I’m here has never worked. I quit buying groceries here for 2-1/2 years because of the app issue. Now they tell me it’s fixed. Nope! It’s not. I tried 3x and I have to call the store to tell them I’m here. What’s worse now, is the screen is frozen and I can’t even add groceries. I’ve removed the app and reloaded. I have no issues with any other grocery chain. What a joke.

Very Disappointed!
Very disappointed that I am no longer able to use the app. Not everyone wants or can afford the newer phones. It will not allow me to update because I don’t have the right phone. 😡
