Mostly videos

There are games, but my kid keeps going to a section of the app of annoying animated videos about animals that are also cars, very much like what’s on YouTube … and exactly what we don’t want her doing on a tablet. No

Need to subscribe when already subscribed

I pay the $9 a month for this game, it’s not unlocking the other cakes for my kid. It continue to ask me to subscribe but I already am. Essentially I’m paying $9 a month for a trial game instead of full access.

App support

It says 404 Page not found when you click app support. When I email the email you provided. No responses. Your app keeps crashing. Stop referring to support. When you provide none. Refund please. The ones when they work can be fun. But when they don’t —- not to mention. Why not just one game — but your app has multiple downloads that bogg down my phone.

I never got to play it

The game takes forever to download. It never loads. My mom got this for me and I can’t even play it. I tried closing all my other apps and windows and restarting and that doesn’t work.

Game Won’t Load

No matter how long I wait all we get is a little block tossing around as a loading screen. Game will not load for some reason.

Gioco bello ma non si apre più

Il gioco piaceva molto alla mia bambina ma, utilizzato una volta il giorno dopo l’app non si è più caricata, rimane alla schermata principale e non si riesce ad entrare nel gioco. Spero risolvano perché ripeto il gioco è molto piacevole.
