Level up your Skating
I am *really* loving the Balanced Skaters app. I feel fitter, healthier and more expressive and strong on the ice. The information about proper movement and technique is incredibly valuable. I am exploring ranges of movement I did not know I had and my skating is looking better for it as I have the strength needed to use that range on the ice. I have done a month so far, using the mobility and strength videos and a few others. I am excited to add some off-ice edge classes and explore more. This is a major bargain for the price, I have looked at many programs and none have this amount of depth, the great progressions (like 12 week strength) and so many different and fun things to explore. This is for figure skaters but anyone would benefit from the progression in the strength and mobility videos. Thank you so much for investing in the skating community! We will all be healthier and more beautiful on the ice for this resource!

when you download the app, it takes you to login page and reset your password page, but there’s no way to sign up for the app and I don’t know how to make an account cause every single time it won’t let me in

Impressively comprehensive
I am amazed at how thorough and comprehensive the app is. I wasn’t sure how much information and coaching I could receive through an app and I am impressed. The UI is easy to navigate and the app is elegantly laid out without clutter, very easy to navigate.
