Works for a month, then restarts
Bought this app on May 4th. Really enjoyed using it, then June 4th it logged me out and wanted me to log back in. Except when you buy this app it never asks you to set a password. Contacted the developer, heard back promptly and was told it had been fixed. Today is July 4th and it happened again. Even after I managed to request a new password to get in, when I hit “restore purchase” nothing happened. It kept wanting me to re-subscribe. I finally closed the app and reopened only to find it welcoming me to start a new workout program even though I’d been happy with the one I’d been using the past two months. I’m done with this app and it’s monthly re-start. Too bad because I really liked it when it worked.

Very simple setup, easy to use, love the way you can save different activities & archive them. I wish the subscription cost was a little cheaper but honestly; it’s such an amazing app, I don’t mind at this point in time. 💚💚

I’ve been using this app regularly for a couple of months now. I really like the mobility followed by a customized routine.
I’m going to change things up a bit and switch to the full body workout and possibly one of the restorative programs for a while.

Please Replace the Gen AI
I really like the layout and attention paid to the ease of use and accessibility of this application. It's exactly what I'm looking for with that allows me to focus on a specific goal and working generally.
However, the mixed use of human capture content with genAI voiceover and even some genAI images on an app that costs a regular subscription is insane to me. Since you all have subscribers now, it would make the app look and sound a little more legitimate and professional if this genAI content was replaced with professional human capture.

Andrew here, founder of the app. Thanks for your feedback! Really glad the layout and accessibility are working well for you, that's something we've put a lot of thought into. Your point about the visuals is fair and honestly something I've been wanting to fix for a while. Replacing the images with proper human-captured photography is already in the works and will be coming in an update soon. Audio is also on my list, it's something I'm actively looking at improving. doesn't account for any pre existing conditions or injuries, also doesn't have any way of giving feedback on how a stretch felt to personalise future regimes. ai voiceover often doesn't make sense or gets cut off, app has crashing issues. must look at your phone for pacing and instruction as the voiceover is not helpful.
