Terrible
This app needs an overhaul. Apple Pay doesn’t work. Can’t autofill credit card info. Can’t purchase a one way ticket. PLEASE fix these problems!
Terrible
Always glitching, unable to make changes and when calling the office they get angry when you tell them. They said it was fixed and when I reported it was not the response was, “well the COO told us it was so you must be wrong.” Terrible app, even worse customer service at the ferry terminal.
The Actual Worst
This ferry app and system do not function in a way that is at all beneficial to the passengers. Rarely are there updates and when update ads provided they are hours after the problem has actually occurred. Highly doubt things will change once the sale is final.
Can’t modify reservation
Can no longer modify/transfer existing reservations (has been this way for weeks!!). Please fix this!!

Can’t change reservations still. App needs an update and some work desperately.
