US or British users avoid

Tried to sign up but I can’t find either the UK or the US as an option for nationality. Seems every other country is there.

Freezes/locks up and support is not great.

Avoid the app when doing transactions like purchases, upgrades, trip check-ins. I got charged for a seat upgrade but my boarding pass didn’t show it because the app locked during the check-in process where I paid for the upgrade. When I emailed about the issue, they just sent me my boarding pass. No mention of resolving the seat upgrade I didn’t receive.

No bueno

I can download the boarding passes on my macbook but when I try using the app on my iPhone it says I have to pick my passes up at the ticket office. The app will not put the passes in my apple wallet. Other really quirky stuff like sometimes the menus either don’t have the United States as an option, sometimes it’s estados unitos and sometimes I just have to pick Canada instead. The countries are not listed in alpha order so you have to scroll through the entire list.

What a useless app

Whatever date and destination you input on an IPad, this app says “no ferries available”. A complete waste of time.
