Not good

Creating a password is unnecessarily difficult and frustrating. The password requirements are unclear, and even passwords that appear to meet them are sometimes rejected.

Also, why does the app force “Alternative Routes” instead of simply offering them as an option? Even more confusing, why does it initially show trips that don’t actually exist, only to force you onto an alternative route afterward? This makes the experience misleading and unnecessarily frustrating.

US or British users avoid

Tried to sign up but I can’t find either the UK or the US as an option for nationality. Seems every other country is there.
