This is a great app for practicing ballet. It has great speed! And great for proportions of your ballet dancers
Excellent!
Excellent for practicing ballet movements! You can adjust the speed of the music, sound an alert at the end of each song or cycle through the playlist. The ballerina can face left or right to remind you which side you are practicing. The music for each movement is just perfect! I've had this app for many years and it is one of my favorites! One small improvement I would like is to have additional songs added but in a similar theme to what is already there. I love this app! ❤️

What’s the purposes of this app
Mostly useless
None of these tracks are actually usable for a ballet class. Every single track is in 4/4 meter. Not one 3/4 or 6/8 in the whole lot. True ballet training and its accompaniment requires a lot of waltz and other musical forms other than the square 4/4 time. Furthermore the sequence is out of whack, what teacher or dancer would do tendu before plié?
The best part of this app is the cute graphic of a ballerina wearing a water color tutu that you can flip back and forth to face either stage right or stage left (not sure why someone wasted their time on that detail)
