Don’t waste your money

I admit I have won, little bits here and there. However for the amount of money you put in, the bonuses have gotten real bad as far as the payouts. it’s very obvious it’s all rigged. I’ve gotten so many bonuses with terrible payouts. It’s definitely not like winning at the actual casino. Don’t waste your money. Go to a different casino. It’s gotten worse since the recent update! I repeat don’t waste your money! The bonuses have decreased significantly because they now offer more promotions! Beware! Go to Foxwoods your better off.

Deposited 200 never won anything over four dollars

Spins seem like a set limit bonus maybe once out of 80 spins and never win anything, progressive is fake never came close to even seeing it in spin I notice only low bets per spin you win a little bit, this casino is a total rip off I will never go there in person again after this either!

I don’t no how it even possible to play for 100+ spins an not get a bonus . … for those who is thinking about downloading this app don’t … save your time and money .. an they rarely give who free play only time you get it is when you play a game of their choice an u have to spend 250$ just to get a 50$ free play and stop responding with generic messages

Worse than the actual casino

This app is just a way for the casino to bring in even more money they don’t need… better off winning in the actual casino these slots rarely hit. I have better luck with Chumba casino and high5casino than I ever have with this app

Glitch issues seems shady

Not sure what’s the issue but on certain spins it keeps going around and around then stops and noticed same spins over and over, I get it it’s a online casino but at least payout what you deposit a few times my last seven deposits I lost. But when it was first released I won but now it seems like it’s set on some kind of system your going to lose either way no bonus spins etc… but save your money Rhode Islanders and go you definitely win more at Mohegan and Foxwoods!!

I frequent Bally’s Twin River Lincoln Casino on vacation and thought id give the app a try. Ive been waiting for costumer support for over and hour and arguing with then about identification. They asked for 7 or 8 forms of ID. I am able to provide all but one because I am on vacation. They wont work with me or explain to me why I need to provide all this identification. I havent even placed a bet yet. Unless you want to jump through hoops to play and still not be able to… Avoid this app.

$5 minimum roulette (not really)

Sitting on a $5 minimum roulette table. I want to bet 20 single numbers but I don’t have the option for $1 chips. I’m told it’s a $5 minimum. EVERY table I’ve ever played at, in person or online, the minimum is the combination of bets you put on the inside and outside. Not the CHIP minimum. And there’s only one table, which would be fine if they offered $1 chips to play on the inside.

The entire suite of Bally Interactive Apps are atrocious, with the worst customer service/assistance I’ve literally ever experienced with any brand ever. There literally isn’t a customer service phone line offered, just off-shore live chats with unhelpful agents who are not empowered to do anything and don’t have any real access in your account. It’s embarrassing, and frustrating.

Honestly I never write reviews but this app is awful, I’ve been to many casinos and have used many online gambling sites and this is by far the worst app on the market. Not exaggerating i did 400+ spins on multiple different games and did not get one bonus with maybe 12 actual winning spins. Save your money and go to the actual casino or simply just light it on fire rather then playing on the Bally app. The app also glitches out atleast every 10 minutes and if you actual do get a bonus don’t worry because it will pay out around 20-25x and then take you another 100+ spins to get another bonus. 0/5 stars if i could

Beware

I’ve used the app steadily over two months and this is what I can tell you. The RTP is high until you hit the lifetime buy in and then drops to almost nothing. All bonus money (free play) is tied to promotions so you’ll never get it otherwise and asking for free play is pointless. Withdrawing is easy and relatively fast. They did confuse me with someone else and withheld almost $3000 for child support someone else owed. Customer service is pretty good as far as casino apps go. This can be a good app to play on if you stick to an entertainment budget and having real casino slots to play is a major plus.

Entrapment for outside the state deposits

They closed my account without my approval once they realized I was withdrawing my winnings from the promotion. Customer service will stall intentionally to not allow you to verify your account. They say they offer 24/7 life chat for support, but they don’t…you can’t get a hold of anyone, and even if you follow up via email they don’t respond.

Algorithm for sure, Every casino I’ve ever been to you definitely hit the bonus at least once or twice playing for a while not on here And if your lucky enough it will give you like five bucks!! Horrible!

Absolutely horrible customer service, half the slots glitch, they barely pay out, and the games that you need to fill/collect something to get the bonus or jackpot are extremely unfair due to the fact they reset when you leave the game. Which also means when it glitches or anything and kicks you out, you lose that. I was awarded a bonus for the promo they had going and for whatever reason am not able to use it even though it shows it’s there. Customer support has no answer, no solution and does not get back to you. Also takes them forever to even try to figure out what is wrong. It’s almost been a week now and still no fix or solution to the issue and no one has even reached out to me. I have had to reach out first and still get no answer.

Deposit limits

Don’t set monthly limits. I have a $5000 limit, does not reset. Claims you have met your limit after $200 dollars even in a new month. Been in contact with customer support more then I play the game. Borderline Fraudulent, $50 Promo Never Given

The $50 promo never worked. I tried to chat with customer support multiple times, but they would leave the chat or else no one would ever chat with me. I left emails. I received one auto response that they would get back to me and they never did. It’s been months.
