Very limited offerings and won’t take anything more than the smallest of bets. They may as well just sell out or close this down. Choose any of the larger sports wagering companies with more betting options, promos, boosts, and who will take a bet.

*DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME with this garbage book. Site offers a “$250 risk free first bet” but you are limited to $11 MAX WAGER on all bet types. Live chat customer support claims this is due to them “trying to improve the customer experience.”
Horrible All Around
No same game parlay, limits you to only $10-$11 on parlay bets no matter the odds and issues with the live bet option not loading. Save your money and frustrations, don’t use it. It’s also impossible to close your account without having to call their help number, no option for live chat or email.
Low level book with poor service
I bet in all the books in Indiana. I ask Bally if I can bet certain amounts on a couple games and they say yes so I put in the money to bet them and they don’t take the bets. I went through chat 5 diff times and they wouldn’t fix it. So I had to withdraw what I put in. They basically tied up thousands of dollars of my money cause they misinformed me. Service was awful. If you want to bet any decent amounts or need service don’t use this book. Several others are way better

Go anywhere else
1. Very limited deposit options. My deposit got rejected and I was unable to use a sign up bonus since it was “outside the timeframe”.
2. Customer service is impossible to reach and when you do they are not interested in your business. The women I spoke to on the phone was rude and basically told me to bet elsewhere.
3. Interface is clunky and GPS issues.
4. The Bally Casino in Blackhawk, Colorado uses DraftKings. That should tell you something.
Literally go anywhere else if you’re in Colorado. BetRivers, DraftKings, BetMGM, FanDuel, PointsBet, Caesars, WynnBet, Superbook, Betfred, Tipico, you name it. All have better apps, deposit/withdrawal methods, interfaces, betting options.

This Sportsbook is run by the most incompetent people you will ever meet. Not worth the trouble. They withhold funds.

Said they were launching in New York April 2022 .. I guess that was a lie …

Have to download a secondary crappy app to verify ur location when every other book I use just located your cell phone signal. Don’t waste ur time with this one. And your free bets can only be plus 300. Yay I get a free bet and can’t win anything with it. Thumbs way down

Super clunky interface. They also will try to lure you back with free bets but they don’t let you use them if the odds are over a nominal amount. Look towards more reputable books like FanDuel, DraftKings and PointsBet.

No live betting. No players props. Barely loads. Supposed to be fun. Not frustrating. Won’t be using. Fanduels better. Creasers better. BetMGMs better. Even Wynn is better. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible.
Great sign up bonus then meh
Bally does a great job of getting you to sign up with their risk free bet and $100 free bet. After that there is no reason to stay, app lacks way behind even the worst book out there at the moment. Bally from a marketing stand point hold off upgrade your app then do the sign up bonus if not you will lose customers as soon as you gain them.

Cant access my account for 8 weeks
I have been logged out and cannot access my account.have called a million times and no one’s helping.this is the worst of the worst

Signed up for the new member bonuses. I also deposited $100. After a few bad bets and 1 good one, I cashed out $95 and change.
After 3 business days of requesting an “instant bank transfer” I had no funds in my bank account. I contacted Bally through. Hat and was apologized to for not releasing the funds yet. They sent me a confirmation email that the funds were released and I will see them in my bank account within 3 business days.
4 business days later there are still no funds in my account. I contacted them again today and was told that it can take up to 5 business days. But you can tell they have no idea what they are doing. All, and I mean every other app/Sportsbook, will have the money in my account within 1-2 business days of confirmation of release of funds. Bally does not pay out.
I am reporting them the Colorado Limited Gaming Control Commission as well as the Department of Revenue Division of Gaming.

Terrible App
Shocker, another small-time sportsbook making it easy to deposit, but too difficult to withdraw. If Bally really cared about their customers and growing a user base they would make withdrawing either. Sketchy way to do business, poor functioning app.

The app won’t recognize a username or email to sign up. This is a buggy app that I’m deleting and can’t trust giving my money too

Ballys, how do you think you are going to compete in a hyper competitive market with such a poor app? With simple things like face id login missing the app is practically dead on arrival. Also, restricting free bets to +300 maximum odds just leaves a sour taste in most people's mouths. If I want to place a 5 leg +3000 parlay let me. Odds are I'm going to lose, and you know that.
