I placed a 10 dollar wager won on odds of plus 1000 and won 115 but sense I had placed a couple of dollar bets it canceled out my bonus bets!!!! So no 400 and when I contacted support they were like you didn’t qualify because you placed a 2 dollar bet even though it says…. Your first qualify bet of 10 or more!!!!

More than once money went missing that I didn’t bet just disappeared. Also twice on bonus spins by the stealing good light started flashing all of a sudden even though I had three spins left, it ended the bonus round. I sent them an email. They didn’t even care to respond. also, both credit cards are used on this platform have been hacked. I was forced to close them to have the Bank issue me new ones stay away from this place!!!!!

Withdrawl Is Awful
App is good. Nice to see live video of your bets. But the withdrawl process is a joke. Other sites deliver to PayPal withing minutes. 2 days pending?! That's a joke. They just want you to get frustrated and reverse it to bet on something else. Waiting for this last win to process to my account and then deleting this app. Going to stick with the apps that process your withdrawl immediately.

I am an avid user of these apps and these reviews have to be fake. The sign up promo is super misleading and essentially useless. It’s barely even a bonus unlike all of its competitors by far the most misleading and worst odds available. In addition they wouldn’t let me use any of their live promos because their app couldn’t handle it although I fit all the criteria for that separate promotion as well. Even placing a bet doesn’t function very well. Overall the worst sports book out there.

Extremely unfair and long withdrawal times
They hold your money hostage when trying to withdraw. Other apps like Fanatics and BetMGM offer instant withdrawals but Bally Bet makes you wait two whole days for it to process then another week for it to actually get to your account. I’m taking a few minutes out of my day for this—time I don't have much of, and I’ve already wasted plenty. Okay, so I created an account, placed a bet, and got a 250 bonus. As soon as the bet ended—which I won—I tried to access the app and was told my account had been cancelled. I went through a huge hassle just to speak to an agent; I explained everything and sent all my personal documentation, and was told it would be resolved within 72 hours. Then, I received an email congratulating me on the "successful cancellation" of my account—haha. I find it completely disrespectful. My money is in there, and I can't get in touch with anyone. HEADS UP: My advice is not to use this service, because you could lose all your money for no valid reason.
