When I made my account I got credited to 2 $25 bonus meds used one of them in the morning to place a bet a few hours go by my bet is never there and the other 25 bonus is gone and says I have never made a bit and when I contact support they just said they need to hold something and verify my account with picture of ID that I already sent when I made the account
