Worst payout system
I’ve used practically every casino app there is. And by far this is the worst one. The live support chat is horrendous and even abandoned chats. It wasn’t like I was rude either, I asked a basic question and they up and left. After the second conversation I got the answer I was looking for, but then realized that they force you to debit $10 to the account from whatever account you want to withdraw before you can withdraw for real. I use apple pay, but the card I used was deactivated and was told I HAVE TO add $10 before I can withdraw. Unlike other casinos that you can simply add a bank account. On top of that I was given a random bonus credit, as nice as that was, originally from the first conversation I was told it was just site credit and it doesn’t do anything (That’s where they left then before I could ask more questions) I feel like whoever i was chatting with didn’t care at all and barely answered any of my questions. When asked for a supervisor I was told it was an entirely different department and it will take 3 days for them to email me. I feel like for what’s it worth stick to fanduel or draftkings. Don’t use this. Support if you can read this, just know I tried. This is the first time I feel I was genuinely wronged by a casino. I know supports usually aren’t that great but this one is just bottom barrel. And to you user out there, stay away from this app.

They do no real verification for you to sign up!!! But let you win some money smh You have to send pictures of ID, a selfie with you holding your ID, picture of card number, bank statement etc. It’s a hassle just for them to deny you over and over. I think it’s a scam they have going on and they just don’t want to give you your money. I deposited hundreds no problem/no verification, but yet when I go to withdraw they act like the FBI. Save your money no way there’s a 4.6 rating
