One of the worst sportsbooks on the market
App is loaded with glitches. Can’t get my money withdrawn with the same checking account I used to make the deposit. Promotions are out of date and rarely work whenever current. Horrible customer service. The list goes on…

The app is better than it used to be. That said, they limited my account to where it says “system error” each time I try to place a bet. They did this after a relatively minor winning streak of approximately $10k. So it’s pretty much a game of “heads you win but can’t play anymore, and tails you lose and can keep doing that for as long as you want.”

I should have read all the reviews before I signed up. They’ll take your money in an instant but when it comes time to withdraw there’s always a reason you can’t. I’ve contacted customer support several times about this and am always falsely promised a response/resolution yet nobody ever gets back to you!!!! Avoid Bally Bet like the plague!!!! They will not let you get your money back.

Quite possibly the worst app on the store
With all due respect I know people have worked hard on this app. But it is truly an abomination. They fact that this app is allowed on the store is a disgrace. Crashes every 30 seconds. Choose a game - crash. Pick a line to bet on - crash. Start typing in a dollar amount to bet- crash. Press the place bet button - crash. Login- crash. Good luck pressing any button, won’t register your press until you press 5 times. An app this unstable should not be allowed to accept people’s money. I will make it my life’s work to win as much money from this horrible app. Would rate negative stars if I could.

Most stressful sportsbetting experience ever
Do not ever even consider using this app. They will make you run through hoops to do anything. First they tried to screw me out of a clearly stated deposit bonus which i finally got after hours of chats and fighting with them. Then they make it next to impossible to get your money after you win. AVOID like the plague!! Pretty pathetic for such a “reputable” brand.

Horrible interface
I have been going back and forth with their customer service for about two weeks now. The app keeps asking me to update my communication preferences when I try to deposit money. It does not let me get past the communication preference screen and it’s like pulling teeth trying to explain it to their customer service agents. They have escalated the ticket to the IT team but if they are as incompetent as their customer service agents I have a feeling nothing will change. STAY AWAY!

The worse sport betting app out there
They should fire the whole team that was working on this app, it is horrendous. It crashes every second, games that are live disappear, slow to place, broken parlay builds that don’t allow you to place, etc. terrible in every way.
Doesn’t work
Have tried reinstalling several times. I don’t think this app works in Indiana. Just freezes when you try to login.

They recently moved Indiana over to the Bally Bet Sportsbook App and you can choose Indiana, Arizona or New York. The app only works when Arizona and NY are chosen. When Indiana is chosen app doesn’t even load any part of the interface or let login or anything work. Customer support has been notified by me 5 times but they don’t understand

Great app but hungry for more features.
Over the past few months I’ve seen a lot more options added for bet types and cash out options. Wishing for watch & bet on live events though.

One of the worst sportsbooks.
Please be warned!! They limit bets (midgame, you cant bet over $500). Their bet selection is limited (you cant bet if Tom Brady will throw X amount of yards or less). Their lines are horrible ( -120 for Ballys and their competitors have it for -115)! They are cheap with promos, free bets and promotions. Their customer service is not as quick or responsive as other books. Their app is not attractive and scores and lines are slow to update. Not worth it to use this sportsbook.

I’ve used the app for 10 mins going around and deposit first off they promised a $250 match and didn’t do it! Then I email them and I want a answer they say there’s no promo for a first timer! What kinda app is that lol and worst of it all I’m here on a Tuesday morning tryna bet on Yankees vs Texas Rangers and currently 9am all other books have the line up and this one doesn’t……. Wild should really work on making this app better and giving what the people want! I’m disappointed to the max any other sportsbook app is better just about. Plus cashing out on here is impossible to find! Weird like they wanna take ya money and run!!! $175 one bet and I’ll never used this app after today again

Don’t trust this app
They happily take your money with a plethora of deposit methods yet when you want to take your money out they require a credit check and hold your money hostage with a third party. Very shady, plenty of other books to choose from who don’t play these games.
