Worse app when you try to bet it takes like 5 min to decide if they let you or not and in those 5 min if you could win they decline the bet worse app

I won 120$ and when I tried to cash out they just Suspened my account for no reason and I couldn’t contact them.

It has officially been longer than A WEEK since my account was suspended from Resorts World for no reason. All I have done is place bets on the Resorts World App.. I signed up for the Deposit-Match offer (Which they were giving me trouble honoring in the first place) and went on a little streak. Decided to withdraw half of the money and leave the rest to play with. Next day after initiating the withdrawal, my account was suspended. I reach out to support EVERY SINGLE DAY and get the same NPC robot responses about checking my email for a response from the “Accounts Team” (which I still haven’t received) & how I should expect the email within no longer than 24 hours.. (still haven't heard ANYTHING and it has been longer than A WEEK) Its funny how it takes under a minute to fund my account but when it comes to withdrawing.. suddenly there are inconsistencies on my account. I’m literally not joking when I say they only have 2 support members working everyday.. who BTW are no help with anything and don’t know how to do their job. Keep in mind.. this is an account with only $1000 on it.. imagine how they treat customers who bet bigger! I am done with this pointless back and forth thing.. they are PURPOSELY prolonging this process & using extremely shady business practices at the same time. I have heard bad things about their machines at the casinos being misleading & “rigged” with coding (Check Reddit). STAY AWAY FROM RESORTS WORLD AT ALL COSTS! DON’T TAKE MY WORD FOR IT.. JUST LOOK AT ALL THE OTHER REVIEWS.. LOL. THE DEPOSIT MATCH IS NOT WORTH WHAT COMES AFTER.. STICK TO FANDUEL OR DRAFTKINGS.
