Worse app when you try to bet it takes like 5 min to decide if they let you or not and in those 5 min if you could win they decline the bet worse app

They claimed if you deposit $250 max and bet up to 250 that I would receive $250 in bonus bets. I received nothing

I won 120$ and when I tried to cash out they just Suspened my account for no reason and I couldn’t contact them.
READ BEFORE YOU DOWNLOAD
It has officially been longer than A WEEK since my account was suspended from Resorts World for no reason. All I have done is place bets on the Resorts World App.. I signed up for the Deposit-Match offer (Which they were giving me trouble honoring in the first place) and went on a little streak. Decided to withdraw half of the money and leave the rest to play with. Next day after initiating the withdrawal, my account was suspended. I reach out to support EVERY SINGLE DAY and get the same NPC robot responses about checking my email for a response from the “Accounts Team” (which I still haven’t received) & how I should expect the email within no longer than 24 hours.. (still haven't heard ANYTHING and it has been longer than A WEEK) Its funny how it takes under a minute to fund my account but when it comes to withdrawing.. suddenly there are inconsistencies on my account. I’m literally not joking when I say they only have 2 support members working everyday.. who BTW are no help with anything and don’t know how to do their job. Keep in mind.. this is an account with only $1000 on it.. imagine how they treat customers who bet bigger! I am done with this pointless back and forth thing.. they are PURPOSELY prolonging this process & using extremely shady business practices at the same time. I have heard bad things about their machines at the casinos being misleading & “rigged” with coding (Check Reddit). STAY AWAY FROM RESORTS WORLD AT ALL COSTS! DON’T TAKE MY WORD FOR IT.. JUST LOOK AT ALL THE OTHER REVIEWS.. LOL. THE DEPOSIT MATCH IS NOT WORTH WHAT COMES AFTER.. STICK TO FANDUEL OR DRAFTKINGS.

Stay away if you want to keep your money
All of these small time sportsbooks in NY are unregulated nightmares. Do not fall for the welcome offers. They will hold your money, restrict your bets, not give you bonus bets and ignore your customer service chats and emails. The service agents are trained to give you the runaround. Frankly these places should all be shut down. Stick with fanduel.

BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS APP
It is a nightmare trying to withdraw money. They have no customer support line to call, just a useless live chat. They told me there is nothing they can do about my withdrawal issues, and to "TRY WITHDRAWING IN SMALLER INCREMENTS" Are you kidding me?? I have screenshots of all the chats....How did this book even get a gaming license?!?

Do Not Use This App..I Tried to bet on the Chinese Basketball Game yesterday morning and the odds wouldn’t stay still for 2 seconds it just keep changing for 20mins straight I still haven’t got to place the bet..CHEATING..

I normally don’t write reviews but I’d give this one 0/5 if I could. The other reviews are 100% right. You could be in the red and they will begin to limit you to $3 a bet. How is that legal? What would happen if you were in the green? They restrict you from betting altogether ?
Not honoring advertised promo and betting restrictions
Current promo is bet 1k on a nfl game and get entered into a contest. Hard to do when my 50 dollars bets get restricted down to 3-4 dollars. Support has not responded.
Don’t expect a warm welcome
Absolute joke of a Sportsbook. Their welcome bonus is bet $50 and get $200 in bonus bets. But if one of their supports agents gives a poor explanation of the terms and you cash out the bet and then once it’s cleared up place the EXACT SAME TICKET. They will not honor the WELCOME BONUS. Used this book for 1 ticket and will not be using it again. They will not stay open if they Treat all new customers this way

Absolutely no point to use this sports book. It’s plain out ugly and terrible for any promotions. Not even a deposit match.
No Reason to Download
There is absolutely no conceivable reason to as much as download this app. They offer new players nothing, their interface is like an app straight from 2009, they have a less then reputable withdraw/deposit record. Don’t even bother. You’ll get a better return lighting your money on fire and hitting yourself in the face with a brick than you will have using this app.

Excellent for me!
I have no problem with this app. Withdraws are fast n easy especially with PayPal. If you withdraw with PayPal money is there within 5-10 minutes. If you withdraw with bank it will take one day.

Horrible App
I deposited 100 dollars (2 second process).I had issues making a bet. They promised to match up to 100 dollars which they did not. The bet didn’t process so i decided to withdraw. I waited a few days and received a response that stated I would receive my money back in 7-10 business days. I’m beyond frustrated with Resorts world bet. Definitely the worst sports betting app out there

Is there a 0 zero star option?
Completely inept customer service team who can’t figure out how to verify my account, going on for weeks now. Couldn’t tell you how the app itself is considering no matter how many times I verify my name, email, dob.. still cannot login.
