The app keeps crashing
This is crappy. I just bought the tracker today downloaded the app ( and yeah I have the latest iPhone) but the sec app opens it crashes out. Will be returning the product.
App won’t stay open
Every time I’ve opened the app, it automatically closes within a couple of seconds. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app several times and it didn’t help.
Doesn’t work
It’s a great idea but it doesn’t work. It’s frustrating to have purchased an activity tracker that will lose all your history and progress because the app will only sync the last two weeks every time the app glitches and you have to re-download it.
App closes when i try to open if mobile has Bluetooth turned on.
Editing my review. I figured out how to sync the tracker with the app. The issue is that the app tells you it is synced up but to truly sync it, after it tell you the sync us complete, go to your Bluetooth settings and ensure it is connected there.
Now my only complaint is that it failed to sync all of my sleep activity. I go to bed at 10pm and turn on sleep mode. When I wake @7, I sync the data but it only shows thatI slept from 12am to 7am. The first two hours do not show because the tracker rests all its counts at midnight and if you dont actively sync before then, the sleep data is lost. For steps, it just adds them to the next day.... maybe I’ll find a way around it later but for now.....
I’d give less than 1 star if I could. I downloaded the app and set everything up. The app immediately synced my heart rate data. I closed the app snd reopened it later only to find it would auto close back to running in the background. If I turn off bluetooth on my mobile, the app will remain open on the screen but it does not show any data. This is a serious bug that needs to be fixed. I have the BLT-7201. Fix this or your device and the app is useless! You should also make the text and calls notify on your device without the app needing to run in the background, which by the way still does not work..... If your not going to, dont mention that feature in your manuals or on your packaging. It just makes your company out to be a liar.

After downloading the app several times and inputting my information the app crashes every time I try to open it. Is there going to be an update for this app? The watch works, but I can’t make any updates or track progress on my phone. Please update this app soon!
Will not sync
This app will not sync. It says connected but will not sync my data nor will it display calls or messages

App is fine. Doesn't really sync easy, I hate that the band has reset itself in the middle of the day so I have gone from 6000 steps to 0 for no reason. And I think the app needs a serious update to allow to share to Facebook or wherever.
I like it.
I feel like the app is a bit outdated, but for the most part I like the little watch. I like that I can see how many calories I'm burning, how many steps and miles I've taken..I love that. The instructions stated that you can also receive notifications of phone calls and text messages. I still haven't been able to get it. I've unpaired and paired three times and still nothing. Please update and fix.
