Download before your visit!
Unfortunately I can’t even comment on the functionality of the app. Despite logging onto the (sketchy) Balmoral WiFi on arrival, the app was going to take an hour to download so had to give it a miss. Very unfortunate as it would have enhanced the experience of the visit.
Working alright now
Just downloaded it to my iPhone and loaded the English Language version wth no problems. Need to use it more to give more feedback. Only issue I have seen I that they have used a font set that means apostrophes appear as a series of weird characters.
Balmoral App
Very disappointing. Can't get it to load in English! Come on Balmoral - fix this, I'm not the first the make this comment!
No good if you're from the UK
I was planning a visit and saw the app on the Balmoral Castle website.
So I downloaded it. Only to find that it won't get me go past of the point of choosing Spanish, German, French or Italian.
